निर्वाचन नियमावली / Election Rules

  1. नामांकन प्रक्रिया: सभी पंजीकृत सदस्य नामांकन दाखिल करने के पात्र हैं। नामांकन फॉर्म में सभी आवश्यक जानकारी सही-सही भरनी होगी और दो प्रस्तावकों के विवरण अनिवार्य हैं।
  2. नामांकन अवधि: नामांकन केवल निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। निर्धारित तिथि के बाद प्राप्त नामांकन को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
  3. पद चयन: प्रत्येक सदस्य एक चुनाव में केवल एक पद के लिए ही नामांकन दे सकता है। एक से अधिक पद के लिए नामांकन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  4. प्रस्तावक आवश्यकता: प्रत्येक नामांकन में दो वैध पार्टी सदस्यों द्वारा प्रस्तावित होना अनिवार्य है। दोनों प्रस्तावकों का सदस्यता संख्या और नाम स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेखित होना चाहिए। ध्यान रखें की एक व्यक्ति/वैध सदस्य किसी भी एक पद के लिये ही प्रस्तावक हो सकता है
  5. योग्यता मानदंड: नामांकन देने वाले सदस्य की सदस्यता वैध और नवीनीकृत होनी चाहिए। यदि सदस्यता समाप्त हो गई है, तो नामांकन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  6. नामांकन समीक्षा: सभी नामांकन निर्वाचन समिति द्वारा समीक्षा की जाएंगी। समिति नामांकन को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखती है। अस्वीकार करने की स्थिति में कारण बताए जाएंगे।
  7. नामांकन वापसी: नामांकन दाखिल करने के बाद, यदि कोई उम्मीदवार अपना नाम वापस लेना चाहे, तो निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर लिखित आवेदन देना होगा। नामांकन अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद वापसी की अनुमति नहीं है।
  8. निर्वाचन : पार्टी संविधान के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय कार्यसमिति में 2/3 भाग पदाधिकारी, निर्वाचन विधि से ही चुने जायेंगे।
  9. निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया : पार्टी संविधान के अनुसार आदर्शवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी संगठन के केंद्रीय कार्यकारिणी के कुल 101 सदस्यों / पदाधिकारियों में से 01 से लेकर 67 नंबर तक के पायदान पर आने वाले / रहने वाले सभी व्यक्ति, निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया से ही चुने जायेंगे। पार्टी का कोई भी वैध मेंबर 101 में से 01 से लेकर 67 नंबर तक के किसी भी नंबर के सदस्य/पदाधिकारी के लिये नामांकन कर सकता है । ऐसी स्थिति में जब की राष्ट्रीय कार्यसमिति सदस्य कुल संख्या 101 में से 01 से लेकर 67 नंबर तक के किसी भी नंबर के सदस्य / पदाधिकारी के लिये 02 अथवा अधिक व्यक्तियों ने नामांकन कर दिया है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उन कंटेस्ट वाले पदों को छोड़कर शेष का निर्वाचन संपन्न हो जायेगा। निर्वाचित सदस्यों / पदाधिकारियों के बहुमत के आधार पर कंटेस्ट में फंसे पद नाम सदस्य/पदाधिकारी का चुनाव निर्वाचन संपन्न किया जायेगा।।
  10. विशेष ध्यान दें : पार्टी संविधान (मूल एवं संशोधित) के अनुसार निर्वाचित राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी का कुल कार्यकाल निर्वाचन की तिथि से आगामी 3 वर्ष तक के लिये निर्धारित है; 3 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपरांत चौथे वर्ष में पार्टी संगठन के आंतरिक चुनाव की प्रक्रिया को चरणबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण किया जाता है । नई निर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी की घोषणा के पूर्व तक पूर्व कार्यकारिणी के सदस्य / पदाधिकारी अनवरत रूप से कार्य प्रभार के अंतर्गत दायित्वाधीन रहेंगे ।।

Nomination Process
  1. Eligibility: Only registered party members are eligible to file nominations.
  2. Verification: Enter your Membership Number or Mobile Number to verify your membership and auto-fill your details.
  3. Position Selection: Select the position you wish to contest from the available positions for the election.
  4. Proposers: You must provide details of two proposers (Name and Membership Number). Both proposers must be registered party members.
  5. Documentation: Ensure all information provided is accurate and verifiable. Upload a recent photograph (optional but recommended).
  6. Submission: Submit the nomination form before the nomination deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  7. Confirmation: After successful submission, download and save your Application PDF for your records.
Important Guidelines
  • Nomination must be submitted within the specified nomination period only.
  • You can apply for only one position per election.
  • Duplicate nominations for the same position will be rejected.
  • All information provided must be accurate. False information may lead to disqualification.
  • Keep your Application ID safe. You will need it to check your application status.
  • Proposers must be valid party members with active membership.
After Submission
  • Your nomination will be reviewed by the election committee.
  • You can check your application status using the "Check Status" page.
  • Status updates will be available after review:
    • Pending - Application received, under review
    • Accepted - Application approved, candidate eligible
    • Rejected - Application rejected (reasons will be provided if applicable)
  • Accepted candidates will appear in the public candidates list.
Disqualification Criteria
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Not meeting eligibility criteria
  • Submission after the deadline
  • Invalid or inactive membership
  • Invalid proposer details
  • Violation of party rules and regulations
